Terms

The ground rules.

Short, readable terms for using Hora during the pilot.

Last updated 25 October 2026

1. What Hora is

Hora is a platform that connects people with hotels in Valencia that sell the idle hours of their spaces. The space and the service are provided by the hotel. Hora arranges the booking and is not the host of the space.

2. Booking

3. Price and payment

The price shown is the price for the hours listed, per person or per space as stated. The total on the booking form is an estimate. During the pilot you pay the hotel directly on arrival, and Hora takes no payment online. If this changes, we will say so on the site before it applies to you.

4. Cancelling

You can cancel a requested or confirmed booking from your account, up to the day of the booking. Please cancel as early as you can. A hotel may also cancel a booking, for example for safety, maintenance or an event for its own guests, and we will tell you as soon as we know.

5. House rules

You agree to follow the hotel's rules for the space, including its dress code, hours and any limits on guests, and to treat staff, other guests and the property with respect. A hotel may refuse entry or ask you to leave if you don't, and Hora may restrict your account.

6. For hotels

7. Accounts

Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us if you think someone else has accessed it.

8. AI assistants

An assistant may book on your behalf through our API. Bookings made that way are flagged as such and are subject to these terms. You are responsible for checking that an assistant has booked what you intended.

9. Responsibility

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but during the pilot it is provided as it is. Hora is not responsible for the hotel's space or services, which the hotel provides. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have as a consumer under Spanish or EU law, or excludes liability that the law does not allow us to exclude.

10. Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy.

11. Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Spanish law applies, and the courts of Valencia have jurisdiction, without affecting the rights you have as a consumer where you live. Questions: dannjeru555@gmail.com.
